December

November

November was a very busy month for us. Actually as I am typing this I am having a hard time remembering all we did, but I just know it was busy! On November 19 my grandfather met his Savior. My sister in law summed it all up perfectly when she said "it is not like losing a distant member of the family that you saw once every couple of years.... for his family it is the patriarch of a close-knit family. they lost the man that was part of the daily fabric of their childhood. it is the passing of the man who shaped the structure of a family i am more than blessed to have joined. his legacy of faith, of family, of life permeates our home..... his 7 children, his 34 grandchildren, his 16 great-grandchildren will all be shaped because of who he was, the jesus he served, the houses he built, the family he grew. he will be missed but celebrated." He was a very special person to me and I will miss him dearly.

A morning at the park.

We went to Macon for the Thanksgiving holidays and one of the highlights of the trip is that AC was able to go to her cousins birthday party. We all had a great time in Macon!

The whole family (80+ people) wore red to the funeral in honor of Grandpa.

My mom made these dresses for the Sweet Grandaughters. The girls wore their dresses to their Great Grandfathers viewing. They looked adorable!

End of October...

AC loves taking care of her baby! I hope this is getting her ready for baby brother!

Trunk-or-Treat
Our family theme was Wizard of OZ

Pumpkin Patch- AC was not as excited about the pumpkins as I thought she would be. Plus it was extra sunny!
